Not yet.
I don't even see it as available on Microchip.com.
MPLAB v8.63 seems to be the latest version available.
Is it hiding someplace under my nose?

Taking into account the structures in MPLAB-X have changed and the old
MPLAB is not compatible I doubt CCS will work without the plug-in being
reworked. Several other compilers are working to make theirs
compatible with the new MPLAB-X.

Last time I checked MeLabs was still working to get theirs working with
MPLAB-X. I believe there are one or two more. According to the Microchip
forums the C18 and C30 stuff still has significant bugs with MPLAB-X. After
all, it's still in beta...

Ok.. it sounded like you said other companies were working hard to get working with MPLAB-X, and because of that, CCS would not work to get PIC-C working with MPLAB-X.
It was just oddly worded. Thanks for the clarification.
I would imagine CCS will get working with MPLAB-X cause that would just be bad for CCS in so many ways.
Plus we would not let them rest until they did.

I realise that it's early days, hence CCS have not yet provided an MPLABX plugin, but it would pretty poor if they did not do so once MPLABX is formally released.
Perhaps one of the caveats is that MPLABX is not only Win compatible but also OSX and Linux. Perhaps this would pressurise CCS into porting their (command line) compilers to OSX and Linux, akin to HiTech? |

The commandline compilers already exist for Linux.

| I've been using MPLABX with CCS now for a bit. Aside from simulator issues (which are a problem with them still developing the simulator), MPLABX at least seems to work with CCS. The most trouble I have had out of it is that I have to manually set the include directories sometimes when I start a new project or I get a lot of errors. |
