How can I program 16F1939.

I can't find any solution.

Click on the programmers tab near the bottom - it looks like the PicKit3 among others can handle it. You don't say if you have it in a circuit that supports ISP or if the chip is out loose and you need a socket and programmer or just what so that should get you started.

According to the ICD_U64 "devices supported" page at
http://www.ccsinfo.com/devices.php?page=icddevices
The CCS programmer will also handle that part. I use the CCS compiler then use my PicKit2 programmer to program parts all the time. Works very well.

I have SmartproX5 for program the IC.
But it has no option for 16F1939.

And compiler PCW4.049 it has no device type 16F1939.
So I can't program that IC.

Can't help you with the SmartProX5 - you said you wanted to use CCS to program when I suggested the PicKit.

As far as the compiler goes, I don't know when it was added, but my version 4.114 does have that device in the available devices.
