Hello
When I use the ICD-64U, must the I give vdd and vcc to the pic or can the icd-64u do this?
I have bought the icd-64u and put a ic-socket only on the connector from icd-u64, but I can't program the pic. When I put the vcc and vdd from an external power supply it works.
How can I burn a 10f200 pic with the icd-u64?
regards

Taken from the ICD-U64 instructions:
Quote: | The ICD-U64 connects to your PC via a USB port and can power your target board.
Power a board at 5.0V by closing the jumper near the ICD jack inside the unit (The unit must be opened) |

That I don't know. I haven't tried to open mine.
Send a message to CCS tech support and ask them for the proper way... _________________ Google and Forum Search are some of your best tools!!!! |

There are notches in the sides of the case. Using a flat-blade screwdriver, pry the case apart at the seams - it just snaps together.

Here is some additional information I had come across the other day looking for info on the ICD gadget (nobody would answer me in the ICD section of the forums ). Anyway, part way down this page, there is some useful info:
