As we use hardware (Max232) for UART for seeing data on PC
Same kind of hardware will be use for software for seeing data on PC
or I can use same hardware for hardware and software uart.

Yes, you can use the MAX232(or equal) for both hardware and software UARTs. It will provide the correct logic level conversions for both.
