RFID dev kit

I'm using the rfid dev kit. I have been reading tags fine for a while but recently tried readers from a couple other manufacturers. The codes I get from the dev kit are different from the others. The other 2 models agree so I'm assuming there is something up with mine. Anybody have any experience with this?
for example
21004532DC on Parallax USB reader = 132 0 162 76 59 on devkit
25 00 70 A8 D0 on ID-20 reader = 164 0 14 21 11 on devkit

I can't figure out how to convert from 1 to the other.
