Mem sensor acceleration doubts
PostPosted: Tue Jun 08, 2010 7:47 pm     Reply with quote

Hi..everyone, my name is Joao (john) and I'm from Portugal!
I'm working on a project that requires the use of accelerometers in order to measure the impact of vibrations on the shoulder and arm of a tennis players. I'm using LIS3LV02DL mem sensor, PIC 18f2550, CCS and I2C to collect x,y,z accelerations and send the values to VB to draw a real time graph.
My questions are:
1- How can I measure velocity or even position with this information?
2- How can I pass this acceleration to vibration?

I'm wondering if you can give me some tips for my questions.
Thanks in advance!
P.S- I'm not very good with physics Smile
