Hi,

Will I be able to use RA1/AN1, RA2/AN2, RA3/AN3, RA5/AN4, for analog input?

Post your PIC. Many PICs have different capabilities on the analog pins.

so it really all depends on if you want to use them with Vcc as the reference or need your reference .
if Vcc is an Ok conversion reference -
then the answer to your original question is
yes.
