DS1307 RTC time incorrect

Hi all,
I am having problem with my RTC DS1307. I have two identical modules, each of them has PIC 18f452, LCD and DS1307 in it. The LCD displays the time read from the RTC.

I set correct time in both of the modules, and displaying identical time. But after 1 week one devices RTC time is lags around 20 seconds. I would like to know anyone got the same problem earlier..? and how to solve it..?

Thanks for the reply,

I don't know my xtal capacitance and tolerance.
I will check by replacing the crystal...
