Help on I2C problem, PIC18F4520 and ADS1113

Could anyone help me on the code for I2C communication for PIC18F4520 and ADS1113? I just use ADS1113 as an A/D converter and there is no other I2C devices in the design.

I have two 10K pull-up resistors in the design. So I think there is no problem for hardware since I copied the connections in the datasheet of ADS1113. Actually, I followed the instructions for coding in the datasheet of ADS1113, but my code does not work at all. Readings are 65535 all the time. Someone please help me. Thanks.

Post your driver code and a test program that calls the driver functions.
Make sure the posted code compiles with no errors. Also post your
compiler version.
