problem with ex_fat.c

I try to compile ex_fat.c and I got these errors

    *** Error 90 "ex_fat.c" Line 153(28,29): Attempt to create a pointer to a constant
    *** Error 90 "ex_fat.c" Line 160(18,19): Attempt to create a pointer to a constant
    *** Error 90 "ex_fat.c" Line 189(24,25): Attempt to create a pointer to a constant
    *** Error 90 "ex_fat.c" Line 191(28,29): Attempt to create a pointer to a constant
    *** Error 51 "ex_fat.c" Line 197(4,8): A numeric expression must appear here
    *** Error 90 "ex_fat.c" Line 199(29,30): Attempt to create a pointer to a constant
    *** Error 90 "ex_fat.c" Line 230(21,22): Attempt to create a pointer to a constant
    *** Error 90 "ex_fat.c" Line 256(21,22): Attempt to create a pointer to a constant
    *** Error 90 "ex_fat.c" Line 281(28,29): Attempt to create a pointer to a constant


my fuses are like this
    #include <18f2525.h>
    #fuses NOWDT, NOPROTECT, BROWNOUT, PUT, NOLVP,HS
    #use delay(clock=4000000)
    #use rs232(baud=9600, xmit=PIN_C6, rcv=PIN_C7)


what is wrong ?

Always post your compiler version when you have any unexplained
behavior of the compiler. Every version has different bugs, and we (the
forum) can't test your problem for certain, without the version.

You left out the line in bold, when you changed those lines.
