PIC12F508 LED
PostPosted: Mon Mar 15, 2010 2:54 pm     Reply with quote

I must have had a total brain meltdown.
I can't even get a LED to light up on a PIC12F508.

I started my project with an PIC12F675.
Just a simple 2hour timer and it worked fine.
Then I changed to a PIC12F508 but it didn't work.
After some testing I created a new project just to see that I could get a LED working. But NO!

Code:

#include <12F508.h>
#FUSES INTRC, NOWDT, NOMCLR, NOPROTECT

void main(void) {
   output_low(pin_b2);
}

See my post in this thread, about using the set_options() function to
fix the problem with pin GP2:

Thanks alot! Very Happy

It helped me do it even simplier:
Code:

#include <12F508.h>
#FUSES INTRC, NOWDT, NOMCLR, NOPROTECT

void main(void) {
   setup_timer_0(0);
   output_low(pin_b2);
}
