Picdem.net2 and PCWH
PostPosted: Wed Feb 10, 2010 10:53 am     Reply with quote

Hi All,

I just started with the Picdem.net2 board from microchip to get in touch with Ethernet & Pic's. I'm not new with Pics and the CCS-comp. (I have the PCWH, newest Version) but TCPIP and all that stuff around makes me a little confused. Now I thought the simple and easiest way is to run the c-Demo applications in MPlab....no way! I found out "c is not c", so I can't use the whole libraries from Microchip, also their included actually MCTCP-Stack 5.1....not with the CCS.
Didn't anybody have the same problems ? I read something that the last Stack was the 3.75 from Microchip, which was ported by CCS and I tried to change something, but its too complex at the moment...just want to start with that.... Shocked .
I started to look in this Forum, but didn't find really something for the picdemnet.2. Can anybody help me in that case ?
Thanks ,
Reinhold
