problem with usb device not recognized

I made project about pic usb use form simple code form ccs. But I have a problem . When I connect my project in to pc it not have any problem but when I connect in notebook it have a problem. My notebook show message "usb device not recognized". I don't know why. Please give me suggest

What compiler version?.
Which particular USB device is involved (what example are you using)?.
Do you know the chipset on the laptop?.
How is the device connected (are you using the connection sense pin)?.
What PIC?.
What OS?.

use D+ D- pin don't use sense pin
