tiny bootloader

I'm trying to reprogram my pic with Tiny Bootloader and this is the trouble
If I power up my pic and then push "write flash", programming go right.
If I push "write flash" and then power up my pic, as recommended in tiny bootloader hlp, i receive (in logdetails mode) the message:

Code:

Rcv:type= 0h=Not found,
ERROR!
Communication error 9997: Timeout during operation"

Why?
