CCS port of AN930 Microchip code
PostPosted: Mon Sep 21, 2009 11:06 am     Reply with quote

Hi everyone,

I would like to use the Microchip code shown in the AN930 app note (http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/AppNotes/00930a.pdf and http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/AppNotes/J1939.zip). I don't have the time to port it to CCS, and am wondering if anyone has already done this (if so, if you can provide the code for free or for $) or would be interested in doing it for pay.

My guess is that for someone experienced with both compilers, it would not take an enormous amount of time to port. For me, it would probably be a week's project, and I just don't have that.

Time frame is by the end of the week or sooner.

Probably if you bought the CCS CAN Development board you would have a solution.

@Steve H.

you are wrong.

I have the CCS CAN board, and whilst it does basic CAN, there is no examples of J1939.

I would also like to see it ported.
