matrix LEDs how start?

Hi

I like make a little matrix with leds I think 10x10 with PIC18F452.

This is my matrix:

I need control pixel by pixel like AA,AB,AC, etc

For example AA is "output_high(PIN_B7);ouput_high(PIN_D7);" for after can make some imagens?

My question is how I can define my matrix?
for example control ports state like "00000000" ->B7B6B5B4B3B2B1B0

Output_B(0b00000000);
Output_D(0b01000100);

For example or did you think something else. But of course this would be only 8 by 8 matrix.
