Large data transfers using USB HID class [PIC18f4550]

I've been able to initiate data transfers on the PIC18f4550 using the USB HID class with the help of the examples in CCS compiler. Now I want to see if it's possible to use the USB HID class for video streaming, USB speaker and other applications involving large data transfers. I'm stuck and I really need help!!!
