modbus reception problem.....

hello everybody ...can anyone help me in modbus reception.....i succeeded in modbus write but now i am facing problems in response reception.....i am using mikroc compiler....when i tried with my code it got stucked in Usart_Data_Ready which is a built in function...i want to implement an application of interfacing pic16f877a & HMI.....can anybody help me...plz...plz.....thanks in advance.........
