Slow debugging on 4.096???
PostPosted: Wed Aug 05, 2009 11:15 am     Reply with quote

Hello,

I have done the last CCS update (rev 4.096) and I notice that the debugging is much slower than under rev 4.095.

The system stay busy longer after loading the target and the step by step debugging is slower. The worst is if there is a loop "for"...

Before sending an Email to CCS, I would like too know if someone else has noticed the same thing.

Thanks,
Franck.

You should clarify if you're talking about using the CCS IDE with ICD-U40
or MPLAB with ICD2 (or some other configuration).

Thanks for this remark.

I'm using the CCS IDE with the ICD-U64.
The ICD-U40 has the firmware 2.72 (the last one).

Franck.
