Microchip REAL ICE rd/wr internal EEPROM

Hi,
Did you discover following problem:
1.
Debugging with REAL ICE
write to internal EEPROM - failed
read from int. EEPROM - works fine
2.
REAL ICE removed (#fuse DEBUG and #device ICD=TRUE)
both: write and read work fine
