Bootloader, is tiny the best?

Your question to akin to asking what is best, a plane or a submarine. It order to give an appropriate answer you need to list some criteria.

For starters, yes, it is one of the best you can get for free.

Later you will want other features and will write your own stuff.

I can't say it's the "best". It requires application-specific software on the PC side, which is only available for the PC. No support for other platforms, like Mac or Linux. As far as I can tell, no source code available for the host piece. IF your target audience consists of only Windows users, and IF they are all competent enough to use the app, then it will probably work for you. If your users have anything other than Windows PCs, well...

I decided on a completely different route, and have my device loading firmware from a FLASH drive via a VNC1L USB host chip. Works great. If I were not using the (rather expensive) VNC1L, I'd go for something that didn't require PC host side software... but that's just me.
