Graphics LCD Question

Hi,

I want to use a GLCD 128x64 in my project, but I want to know the following:

1) which is the best controller: KS0108 or T6963 ?
2) which are the difference between they?
3) which is the fast controller?
4) Any have some picture of character ROM from T6963?

According to my experience in both controllers i can state that:

1) KS0108 is easier to interface
2) T6963 has complex operations (several display modes, font size select, copy & paste, etc...)
3) T6963 has built-in characters, KS0108 doesn't
4) Speed is not an issue.

this T6963 looks delicious, but i can't find any of them (on ebay) are they still being produced?

i'm looking for a white on blue with led light.

KS0108 are everywhere
