concatenate defined strings for #export

Hi

QUESTION1
I wish to concatenate multiple #define strings and then use the result in the #export filename

Code:
#define FNAMEA "PART A"
#define FNAMEB "PART B"
#define FNAMEC "PART C"

#EXPORT (FILE=FNAMEA+FNAMEB+FNAMEC, HEX)

I always end up with just FNAMEA

QUESTION2
If I have a comma in the filename in export then compile fails (in a quite bizarre and unexpected way!)
Code:
#EXPORT (FILE="myName, version1.hex", HEX)
