MAX7032 and oscillator
PostPosted: Sun Jan 11, 2009 1:27 am     Reply with quote

I want to use max7032 but i have some problems.
If the working frequency is from 300 - 450 MHZ and if i want to get some frequency in range of 400 - 450 mhz i have to use frequency multiplier.

Correct me if am wrong but max7032 does not have such thing.
If this is a case i have to use some multiplier from some microcontroller.

How to do something like this...

Read the datasheet! MAX7032 has a frequency multiplier. Because of the fixed Rx frequency divider, it's intended for an around 24 multiply factor, but adjustable from 16 to 32 in 1/4096 steps.

All registers have to be loaded from an uP, of course.
