Some questions on loader.c

Please help me make sense of these directives

1. #org loader_addr+10,loader_end auto=0 default
#org default
a.What does that mean auto=0 and default. I can not make sense from ccsc help.
b. why it used address range 0x90 to 0x1ff rather than 0x00 to 0x17f.

2. #separate
I can not get any sense from ccsc help either.
3.What is the relationship between the chips module and _PCM_, _PCH_?
