Weird MMC/SD FAT error
PostPosted: Thu Oct 30, 2008 2:49 pm     Reply with quote

I'm using the fat.c library supplied with PCH and I appear to be able to write files to an SD Card. But I cannot see those files when I put the SD card in my PC. I can create files from the PC and not see those on the PIC.

It's formatted FAT32/512 block, and it's almost like there are two FAT's on there - one for the PIC and one for the PC ?

Any ideas?

The PIC is not correctly interpreting the MBR.

Presumably then, this is a bug in the fat.c library CCS supply. I'm on compiler 4.057
