I/O Error 103

Hello,
I am using the CCS compiler V4.074, and when I try to compile my program I have the following error:

I / O Error 103.

What that means this error and how can I correct it?

Do a Google search for this:

If you're not doing something weird, perhaps with having the CCS
compiler on a network drive, or some removable drive, or you're
almost out of disk space, then contact CCS support. Give them
a complete description of the problem, including all details (O/S
version, etc.).
