The RTOS implements _co-operative_ multi-tasking, _not_ 'pre-emptive' multi-tasking.
Hence no 'priorities'.
Your individual tasks, have to 'co-operate', and release the processor when needed.
This is like the multi-tasking on the older Windows releases, and is why on these, an application that sat (for example), polling the keyboard, could 'lock up' the rest of the OS.
