GLCD Sanyo DG06Z-4BL3 driver

Hello ,

i have several GLCD's from Sanyo buyed in surplus....,
on the backside i see 3 time LC7940,
One LC7942 and one LC7980

The LC7980 is connected to the dataport connector,
Which driver is preferred for this display?

numbers on the backside :
GEB-2294-o s
DG006Z-2

number on the box
DG06Z-4BL3
