CCS can't program 16F88?

i wanted to write some code for an 16F88 but i don't have any 16F88 in my device folder.

What is the version number of your compiler? v3.226 of June 2005 is the oldest version I have and there the 16F88 is present.

Or are you using the demo version of the compiler? This supports only a few devices.

oops, forgot to mention it, V4.057 full support a lot of device but the 16F88 is missing

I don't know what is wrong with your computer but I have v4.057 installed too and here it is present. Try installing again.
