18F24K40 RE3 PİN

I use 18f24k40 in my project. İn dataseheet it refers that RE3 pins just can be as an input. Can i drive PnP transistor with using RE3 Pin? İm trying but cannot do. İ make mclr no on the fuse setting. İs there anyting that i can do

Short answer, no.
Do you understand the difference between an input pin and an output pin?

As you need another output pin, simply remap (redefine, change) your I/O pin selection, if you can't then,use the 40 pin version of that PIC,assuming you're using the 28 pinned one.
I've never run out of pins yet. Have used all but 1 though ! I use the 18f46K22 for 99.44% of all my products.

RE3 is the INPUT ONLY MCLR Pin as default so MCLR would have to be disabled to even use it as an input.
