my pickit2 giving a message

programming failed at program memory address 0x000009

and

programming failed at program memory address 0x000002


My two ic's are gone with same message i can't able to program on this controller again


I am using picKIT-2

controller is pic16f676

The PicKit2, is nothing to do with CCS.

You either have a problem with your chip, or the PicKit. You need to ask on a MicroChip forum, and see if anyone can suggest what/which.
