EEPROM is getting erased
PostPosted: Sat Apr 19, 2014 2:19 pm     Reply with quote

I'm using ICD-U64 with version 5.001 software and 3.05 Firmware.
I'm programming 18F66K22 and my compiler is PCWH 4.135

I save a lot of parameters in EEPROM and every time I reprogram the chip the EEPROM gets wiped out.

I have unchecked the "Data EE" option but that doesn't make any difference.

If I uncheck the "Bulk erase chip before programming" it makes no difference, the EEPROM is always erased.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
