Cap Touch and Timer1
PostPosted: Mon Oct 31, 2011 2:14 pm     Reply with quote

I am using compiler version 4.125, and a pic16LF1827. I know the #USE TOUCHPAD uses timer1 and, possibly, timer0. However, is there any way to free up my timer1? Perhaps move the cap sense to another timer? I need to put a 32KHz xtal on it for a timebase. Or, is there another device (and I can't find one) that has another timer with osc pins?

Any ideas??

Not looking for anyone to do my homework, just looking for ideas.

I don't see any options to change the Timer listed in the #use touchpad
section of the current CCS manual. One option is to find or write your
own touchpad driver software.
