Re-write the bootloader
PostPosted: Sun Jul 17, 2011 2:01 pm     Reply with quote

Dear friends,

I programmed my proyect.hex without space reserve for the bootloader (i was
using the proteus and i erased the space reserved for the bootloader). Can I re-write the
bootloader with the colt bootloader? Other solution? I only have a Motronix
SBC44B, a wire USB-RS2323, and wire RS232-RS232 (tx->rx, rx->tx)

Thanks

You will need a programmer. The Colt bootloader is available here:

http://mdubuc.freeshell.org/Colt/

Info on using the Colt Bootloader with CCS is also shown.

This SBC44A appears to be a board based on Microchip C. If you are using the CCS compiler you need to tell the version

if you are using the Microchip compiler you need to ask your questions in their forum here:
