CCS Loader hanging at "Target Running"

I have just installed all the software today and the update program says everything is up to date. I have an ICD-U64, when I try to program the device it hangs on the "Target Running" part and I have to reboot my computer to get it working.

What firmware should I have on the ICD? What should the settings be for the Options->Tools? Any other possible problems?
