New Load-n-Go does not work

Hi all.
I bought a Load-n-Go programmer, downloaded program and drivers from web page, and updated the firmware of programmer, I used windows vista and XP, then I select the program I want to use and the microcontroller from the list, plug the usb and try to download the program to the chip or to the memory slot 1 and I get the next message:
Assign Failure Machx Set Error: Current ICD type does not support this operation.

Also when I go to Diagnostics, I get:
Check for software updates: ?.?? can not determine if old
Check communications: Baud Result: Baud rates that failed 9600 19200 38400 57600 115200 250000
Test programmer: Unexpected response ???<>07
