Can't run ICD.....

Hi,

I have a problem which is that I can't connect to ICD with my ICD-U40 USB port. When I start the program I have no choice but to take COM1. It doesn't communicate. I checked my alimentations and it is OK. Windows recognizes the device as CCD ICD-U40 has a USB device.

Do you have a hyper terminal / or some parallel serial application open when you try and load the program on to the PIC?
