ICD-S40 & PIC18F25j10 problem?

Hello friends, it is possible to work with this J series? I try but no success, target have own 3.3V power, select J series radio button - every time - Could not detect target device :(
Please help me and sorry for bad English.

The ICD-S40 does NOT support any J series chips.
Only the latest ICD-U40(Rev #101) supports J-chips.
