ICDU-40 No detect PIC18F97J60

I am developing the following development system.



It happens that I have thought to work with the ICDU-40, but it doesn't detect neither it programs the Microcontroller PIC18F97J60.

Already select the option type J of the Microcontroller.

Already move away the internal jumper of the ICDU-40

I don't see that other things are to make.

He would thank any help with this problem.

I answer myself!!!!

It was that the Pin had not sent ENVREG at 3.3V

this working as a F1 Razz
