New feature in PCW
PostPosted: Fri Jul 13, 2007 6:54 pm     Reply with quote

There is a new feature in PCW, but if you are installing on top of an old PCW you won't see it: Code Completion and Code Insight. If you are installing on top of an old PCW, goto Editor Properties and check the boxes called 'Code Completion' and 'Code Insight'.

Code Insight will create new tooltips when you hover over identifiers that give you information about that identifier.

Code Completion will show you a list of all identifiers if you press CTRL-SPACE. If you type out the first few letters of a function/variable and then press CTRL-SPACE it will show you all identifiers that start with those letters.

Hope you enjoy them.

Sometimes when you have a mouse over a function parameter... gets frozen for ~1-3 seconds... which makes it creepy. Reason that i've deactivated.
