<font face="Courier New" size=-1>I also changed o 20Mhz resonator and used 16F876 - it dosn't work. I wrote to Warp and they suggested I get a pre-programmed chip from Peter Anderson, who is their US distributor. He has a store page on Amazon.com.
I ordered the chip, but it won't be here until next week.
Good luck

Got reply from Jim Robertson NewFound Electronics.
There was a "special" WARP-13 driver that was marked as 1.08.01.
This was a sneak preview to allow programming of the 18F1320
immediately. This is not the one we need as it does not have the
new update system fully implemented.
Please download the latest WARP13.EXE now marked as 1.08.02
to avoid confusion.

I did that yesterday, and in my case it worked.
I upgraded from Redback 11b in a 4MHz 16F73 to RX28 in a 16F876 by doing this:
- Downloaded RX28
- Upgraded Warp 1.07.07 to Warp 1.08.02 by copying the new executable (this is the 1.08.00 Beta executable on the Newfound site) over the original warp13.exe
- Installed a new 16F876-20 SP top-justified in the ZIF socket
- Used the File - Load firmware upgrade file feature of the warp software to program that chip
- Removed the 4MHz resonator
- Installed a 20MHz crystal and two 20 pF caps to GND
- Removed the old 16F73 and installed the new 16F876
And it worked.
One little snag was that the first version of RX28 announced itself as RX24 when doing a firmware check but the current RX28 version on Jim's site is correct.
Hope this helps,
Paul
