ICD-U40 Program download

Hello,
I am new here.
I have a little problem with my ICD-U40.

When i try to download my program, a window pops up and says:
"The program downloaded does not have ICD debugging enabled"

what do I wrong ?

Do you have the DEBUG fuse set and
Code:
#DEVICE ICD=TRUE
in your code?

And don't forget to give us the version number of your compiler and ICD software...
