Software I2C config
PostPosted: Mon Jun 15, 2020 5:53 am     Reply with quote

I will use the PIC18F2550 to communicate with an RTC3231, but I need to use RC0 and RC1 in the communication.
Here is the configuration:

Code:
#define EEPROM_SDA  PIN_C0
#define EEPROM_SCL  PIN_C1

#use i2c (master,sda=EEPROM_SDA,scl=EEPROM_SCL, FAST=400000)

Is this configuration correct?

Yes. Provided you are not using an external transceiver for the USB (C1 is
the UOE bit if you do).
