PIC24FJ1024GB610 RC13/RC14 I/O control issue

Hi,
Just found this strange issue. For this chip, PIC24FJ1024GB610 (100-pin TQFP), PortC I/O behaves strange. Among the available portC pins (RC1, 2, 3, 4, 13, 14, RC12 and RC15 are for crystal Osi), RC13 and RC14 are not controllable by command "output_high(PIN_C13)"/"output_low(PIN_C13)", or "output_high(PIN_C14)"/"output_low(PIN_C14)".

However, the other portC pins (RC1,2,3,4) are working fine to toggle with the same commands.

Does anybody see the same issue here ? What is the reason ?
