24FJ128GC010 header file missing

Im using CCS V4.114 and I have mplab starter kit for pic24F Intelligent Integrated Analog. controller is pic24FJ128GC010.

In the device folder, 24FJ128GC010.h is missing. Please help.

Problem is your compiler is too old.

The header files, do not add support for a chip. The compiler has to support it internally first.
This chip did not come out till about four years after your compiler. No support in the compiler for it.
This chip wasn't supported till well into the V5 compilers. About 5.015ish.
Your compiler is about forty versions before this.....
