Is there any difference between 18f4580 and 18f25k80 with CAN bus ??...
I've replaced my 18f4580 with 18f25k80 but the whole circuit still the same
but the new chip didn't send CAN messages ...
can anyone help please.... |

There are a lot of significant differences in the pin-out, FSR's, and CAN features. You will need to go through the data sheet to determine which differences may or may not be affecting you.
The VDDcore/Vcap pin must be properly connected on the K80's.
There are also significant errata on some peripherals that should be checked. |

k80 is 'short form' for PIC18F25K80...
saves a LOT of typing and potential spelling mistakes
