I want to preload a reg. with ex. 100 then I want one pin to be input. If the input toggle 100 times I want an interrupt.
It must not be solved with a interrupt and a counter! It must be served by hardware.

it all depends on how you definwe 'hardware'

your post is about as clear as a politician's statement - with constraints.
itdepends on how you define hardware ..
so you are NOT OK with:
1) preloading the timer0 register with (256-100)
2) and clocking it externally
3) and then taking an interrupt ( or even polling)
for the overflow ???
that sounds like all hardware to me
on a midrange PIC 16c/f family
