ccsdownload always telling me my manual is out of date

Hi Folks,

This has been bugging me for a while now.

I use ccsdownload to install updates, and it permanently tells me that my C manual is out of date and the local version dates back to 09-Jun-10

However no matter how many times I click download, it stays the same.

I'm pretty certain my help is out of date as F1 does not bring up help on the more up to date functions. For example setup_nco exists - but does not give me any if I press F1 over it.

How do I force an update of my help files?
