Writing and reading text to internal EEPROM
PostPosted: Thu Jul 17, 2014 6:08 am     Reply with quote

Hi all,

I can write an read EEPROM addresses well as hex but what I need to do is for eg to write "hello" into the eeprom and read this value from time to time and assign it to a variable as it is (hello) and display.

I'm using PIC18F242 and using CCS C.

If you can show basic way it will be appreciated.

Thanks,

what code have you written to try to do this?
